Standard Fields
• Column A = Volunteers
o Please add Personnel = Volunteer (on those that say 1)
• Column B = Last Name
• Column C = First Name
• Column D = Middle Initial
• Column E = Barcode
o This is the scan card, please import and activate.
o They are 4 digits
• Column F = Email
• Column G = home phone
• Column H = cell phone
• Columns I-L = address
• Column M & N = emergency contact name and number
• Column o = Gender

Custom Fields – these were custom fields in Senior Space
• Column P = Address 2
o Please add a custom text field
• Column Q = Date of Birth
• Column R = Newsletter Email
o Please add a Group for those who receive the newsletter via email
• Column S = Newsletter Snailmail
o Please add newsletter icon for those who are mailed the newsletter. Add a group if you wish
• Column T = Spouses name
o If possible, please marry these individuals so they only have to send a single newsletter to the home.
