The rides training went well but they would really like to get a demo of the new rides system. They are more of a public transit system and could really use all of the new features. They can be grads but if we can get Bryan to do a demo on the new rides stuff they would really appreciate it. They now there will be a cost involved.

The events training with Chris went great. We covered everything in events including the kiosk, trips and MAC. Chris gets it and should have a really easy time with MSC. The next session needs to cover the rides tab.

Chris was great to work with. He spent 24 years with Salvation Army and knows salesforce well. So understanding MSC was easy. He was the only person at training but feels he can train others and will get a ton of use out of MSC. They use a lot of excel now. Currently rent from a church and cannot grow until they get a new space. Has an old SS kiosk, but will be using a new MSC desktop computer.
Reviewed: people, personnel and a little on stats. Not sure if I missed anything that should be in a first training but I was a last minute sub.

• They are in a church, so they put the computer away daily
• I believe they hope to have their own location later this year

Custom Fields – these were custom fields in Senior Space

o Please add a custom text field

o Please add a Group for those who receive the newsletter via email

o Please add newsletter icon for those who are mailed the newsletter. Add a group if you wish

o If possible, please marry these individuals so they only have to send a single newsletter to the home.

• How are they using SS today?
o Memberships
They have individual names as memberships, but they haven’t been used. Not sure what these were used for.
o Only have 7 events.
o Did not purchase SS rides or HDM.
o Did not purchase SS quick connect/call text
o Current Members = 1,461
o Sept check ins = 198 duplicated; 44 unduplicated
• OCT 189 duplicated, 37 unduplicated
o SS version of MAC is not active

o I think they are smaller, so probably liked the price of SS.
o They didn’t have many complaints or concerns

• Anything else that might help them see converting to MSC is the right decision right now
o Website mentions HAT, Huntington Area Transportation. May be a good selling point.
o Website mentions services in their home – Services may be beneficial to them.
o Donations seem very important. SS didn’t track them well.
o They have loaner equipment, SS didn’t track any equipment.
o Holly’s birthday was Oct. 1st (saw in newsletter)
