Attached is the upload for Senior Center of the Chathams, NJ. Note: there are quite a few centers with Chatham in the name.

No groups were added. Probably want a membership group of all members (less deceased) during training.
Julie is the Director but Lisa O’Hara is the main user.
This center is run by committee.
Very nice people, should go pretty smoothly.
Will want to review newsletters and broadcasts.

o Please add Personnel = Volunteer (on those that say 1)
• Column B = Last Name
• Column C = First Name
• Column D = Middle Initial
• Column E = Barcode
o This is the scan card, please import
o Barcodes should be 6 digits. Please add preceeding 2 zeros
• Column F = Email
• Column G = home phone
• Column H = cell phone
• Column I, J, K, = address
• Columns L = zip
o The leading 0 is missing from the zip code. I haven’t figured out how to add. Please let me know if there is something I can do to help you here.
• Column M & N = emergency contact name and number
• Column 0 = Gender
• Column P = Deceased
o They want deceased added and marked deceased.
