Did an impromptu Mobile Scanner training and then helped download and install the importing program on two staff's computers with their IT right after. Not a lot of questions. Attleboro recently purchased 2 Mobile Scanners to use primarily for their off-site Rec and Church events.

Went over statistics today among other topics. Kelly and Donna are great staff and very nice. I think we all agreed that Service Stats BY SERVICE USER (no filters) is the report they needed, then would dive into each staff to get total units (they use as hour tracking).
We also discussed running the same report but BY ASSISTANCE to show the town what specific outreach they are doing and how often. I showed and teased MAC a bit and credit card processing since they asked, as well as how payments and donation tracking worked in short.
They were very thankful for the meeting and said they'd be back in touch as they continue using new areas in MSC! Did not record the session

2hr Refresher training with these guys. They had a lot of their teams join throughout the training and it went really well. It was all Q/A based on their group of staff. They are using all the areas pretty nicely and I gave them tips/best practices too. Kelly Lee, their director was impressed.
They are going to reach out by email/phone to:
Help clean up categories lists / merge event rooms together.
Bryan to help de-duplicate their personnel tab with DB staff at MSC.

2hr new staff training. Ludie - Outreach.
We went over a lot of stuff but did not dive deep into Events. Trips. or Payments. or Stats. We really focused on Outreach Notes, Reminders, File Info/Custom Fields, Keytags, Adding People, Broadcasts, and Equipment. She seems excited and has a good background working with Epic (healthcare software). Attleboro is going through many staff transitions right now too. They just lost their program coordinator and Courtney is now their Assist. Director (who I trained about a couple months ago).
I did record this training today so hopefully new staff can watch it back when hired and also Ludie if needed. She has a login already created and knows MTC, traininghub, and our support contact info.

Courtney is newer to her Assist. Director role and has hardly used MSC. The rest of her staff have more familiarity with it. We did a general overview training, including HDM for about a total of 2.5hrs. She did not want to record it. I feel she was feeling more comfortable by the end and has a better general grasp on how things work. We covered:

Did not cover payments as they don't charge much for things.

These have new staff members and people who have not used it much. We did the full onboarding 01 session covering the people tab. We will need to schedule a second session to finish up with events and MOW. I'm going to try to do them both together. The training went well and they all feel more comfortable.

Lori and Clare attended this session. They are in searate departments from the original trainees and were not in the original trainings, We pretty much did a crash course and covered everthing in the people tab and the events tab. The training was great. They were both well engaged and asked great questions. Clare will be using outreach for the most part to keep tracj of SHINE appointments. Lori will be using the events section to track some exercise classes. Lori is considering getting another mobile scanner and she said thay are considering getting a kiosk soon so there may be a sale op there.

The training went great. At this point they plan to practice a bit and then have me wipe out the practice data. They are wondering if they can use their COATS kiosk with MSC. I told them I think it?s possible but they would need a license. I said I would have Chris give them a call about it.

Donna noticed that there were duplicated entries in a seniors Service Notes and wondered why. I asked Casey and Bill and they said it can happen if the "Add/Save" button gets pressed multiple times in a row (click...it looks like nothing is happening,...click again...). I was able to write a script and clean up the errant duplicated records, so they're good.
