Hello everyone! MyActiveCenter (MAC) is an online platform that allows you to sign up for activities from almost anywhere. We’re excited to share that we have some updates coming your way to enhance you and your member's experiences!
We’ve introduced a helpful new section for managing registration windows which will replace the old Registration Start Date and Time giving you more control. We have also made updates to the interface and backend systems to improve functionality. Most of these enhancements will be behind the scenes, so you’ll still enjoy the familiar look and feel you know. Our testing with various Centers across North America has gone really well, with only a few questions from 12,000 users! If you have any questions or need assistance, we’ve provided a few tutorial links for additional resources. The MySeniorCenter Team is here to support you, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

• Speed Boost: Enjoy faster performance and the ability to handle more users.

• Enhanced User Experience: We’ve improved the registration flow for a smoother experience.

• Spouse Account Upgrades: Now, you can check out in one transaction and share your wallets with each other!

• Easier Registration Management: Quicker setup and more control over who can register and when.

• Wallet Additions: Participants can now pay for activities using their wallet balance. You may even allow participants to add funds directly into their wallets.

• Simplified Checkout: Members can now indicate if they want to pay at the center, making the process clearer.

• Discounts: Clearer discounts and ability to join groups which provide those discounts.

• Donations: Your center will now be able to accept donations online.

• New Users: Allow people who have never been to your center before to join.

• Cart Improvements: No more unwanted waitlists! Carts will reserve items properly. Additionally, say goodbye to unintentional slot-stealers with our new cart expiration feature.
  

 

Additional Enhancements:

• We've made it easier to log in and sign up.

• Clearer explanations for registration issues, such as full events or group requirements.

• Group descriptions and individual day descriptions for series are now available.

• Activities now display remaining seats and other important details.
