There is a proportion of these folks who have NEVER used our facility or accessed our services and some we suspect have either moved away or are sadly deceased. Is there any value to keeping these names in our system or could we delete en masse. These would be people for whom we have zero check ins ? in any category. Also we would have no additional info for them ? purely year of birth, and address. Anyone who has used us will at least have one service unit and should not be deleted.
