Going to paste her email here and please reach out to me with questions: In reviewing our database, it appears we have 2019 (and prior) past due membership fees. We believe this resulted from a combination of things: 1) we invoiced the specific members but they did not pay; or 2) we did not invoice the specific members; or 3) we invoiced the specific members and they paid, but we did not record their payment.   Would you be able to go into our database to ?wipe the slate clean? for any membership dues from 2019 or prior?  We should only be showing invoices due in 2021 or beyond (as you recently moved all 2020 invoices to 2021 at our request).  NOTES FROM BILL: I deleted all payments for their membership group where the payment date was less than 1/31/2019. Pasting Script below for future reference.
