This report provides an overview of new members at a senior center, highlighting those who have returned and those who have not. It includes the total number of new members within a specified time frame, along with detailed lists of those who returned and those who did not between the end of that time frame and the current date.

Example: Let’s say today’s date is 11/1/2024. if you want to see how many new people from 2023 are still coming to the center in 2024, You would select the date range for 2023, (1/1/2023 to 12/31/2023). The report will show how many new members joined in 2023 and how many of those people came in again between 1/1/2024 and 11/1/2024.

Activity All - New People by Month

Event Rosters

After choosing a date range and clicking "View Events", select Events from the Parameter list in the left menu. By default, only Checked-in and Registered attendees are displayed. Waitlisted and Unregistered can also be selected. For example, this allows you to create a report of only waitlisted people or only people who have checked-in. The Status column and Checkbox display can be toggled as well.

Events - Checked In vs. Not Checked In

A household is defined by individuals sharing identical address details.

To set your fiscal start month, go to the statistics tab and click on any statistic link. Click settings, choose the month and click save.
