Had a really nice Outreach training with Christie, Gina, and Nancy. They were using ServTracker for outreach related stuff but coming back into MSC now to track that. Gina was brand new so got her setup with login crednetials.

Overall, we covered phone logs, service notes, contacts, file info, categories, and log/service stats. They've decided to focus mostly on Services (notes) vs phone logs (which they used a lot of in the past) mainly to keep reports clean and in one place. They had some unknowns popping up in stats due to old staff deleting some things but it didn't bother them. Otherwise their service (and phone log) categories seemed pretty clean and well organized.

This went well. I cover the contractor module. Jacob thinks it has potential. The director really does not want to buy any other software so wants to try and see if it will work. I sent an email to Chris, Eric and Casey asking", ?<span style="font-style:italic">Any way we can get the contractor role to work for Davidson county so Jacob can determine if it?s going to work for them and show the director what it will look like? Right now it?s hard coded for OCCOA." ?Once he has access he will play around with it and we will get back together.

Spend a while on the phone talking thru MAC with Christie particularly with how CC/PayPal integrate and how to run Payment Stats including Payment Received reports. Briefly covered how to link templates with payment account names. Connected her with Daniel at CC after by email to start the process. They have deferred payments on for now but really want to setup credit card processing. they have a machine right now with a different company. I explained we wouldn't be able to connect with that one.
