Time to Send Graduation Email
This was the last onboarding training. We covered MOW and Rides. We did an AM and PM session like the others. Much less people in these sessions. Some people joined late like the other trainings but again Johnny says they will watch the videos. I do expect a couple people to request further training as a few folks mentioned wanting to talk about very specific topics that only pertain to them. Overall the session went well. They can graduate. We'll need to do stats in a few weeks or so.

I think the training went well for themost part. It's hard to tell cuz nobody asks questions and when they do they type it into the chat so I can't hear the inflection in their voices. Lots a people were late to both sessions again. I think it's tough for 60 people to gather at the same time. We did break them up into 2 groups but we may want to try and break large groups like this up a little more. Just a thought. Johnny says he will be making sure they all watch the videos. We have one more day of training before graduation.

This was the first session. They had an AM and PM session. About 60 people trained. Both sessions went well in general. Some people were up to an hour late to both sessions but Johnny said he will deal with them and have them watch the training videos. Not a lot of questions but that happens when there are a lot of people like that. They all get shy.

Miranda & Roberta called asking how to rectify their payments report for 9/27. They had given a few people credit for a trip outside of MSC, and then entered it as a cash wallet deposit. That threw off their payments report. So I helped them devise a plan to show a generic charge on 8/1 which was then refunded to the wallet. (Freeman Poole)

Johnny called wandering if there was a way to create one event to share across all center site locations with total sign up max too. I told him I didn't think so and he kinda guessed that as well. He knows each site database has it's own events so in order to do this he'd have to create the same event template at each site and just closely monitor max sign up totals manually. I'm asking the team if there's a workaround and told Johnny I'd be in touch if there was a different way to manage this.

Ben was working with North Cobb center to fix someone's payments. Seems all was fixed except the member was no longer registered in the class series. I wasn't able to add back to series (likely because paid payment was already there). Also didn't mess with un-doing or changing that payment as it was a MAC credit card payment. All I did was add by day back to the Pilates summer classes (added senior back to each day within series). Then I deleted those new payment charges. Everything reflects nicely now.
