Did a one hour Statistics Training with Kim. Walked through the best stats and how to run them for her attendance. Covered Events stats, guest counts, checked-in vs signed up and the global setting. Also talked about Volunteer and Meal stats as well as some payment stats. She's feeling much more comfortable now. She was really only running Average Daily Stats before which was not what she needed.

Hey guys, I finished up with Lynden. The last onboarding training was over meals, both congregate and delivered and mobile scannner options as well. I told them they were done with onboarding but can request the stats trqainings or additional trainings down the line if needed.

Covered all things in the event section. We went over how to create and schedule templates and signing people up manually. We did cover MAC basics- signing up initially for MAC and for events, managing the events that display, MAC settings and a bit of payments. I did show them how to create accounts and how Card Connect would work for them if they go that route. Would be helpful to assign accounts when creating events so I went ahead with it. Let me know if you have any questions!

This first session went great. They were engaged and asked questions. They all seemed impressed and l did see that Jennifer logged in right after the training. They should do well. Training 2 still needs to be scheduled. ?Training 2 needs to cover Everything in the Events Tab.(no kiosk stuff). They need to know how to check people in with the Mobile Scanner. Short intro to MAC. Just go to there site so they can see the event you created while training them. Click the event and show the calendar, click a couple days and show they could potentialy register and explain they need a card. (Please don't talk about the "no card" version yet). Show them that the person would put the card number in and phone etc. (no need to actually do it). At this point I just tell them all I want them to do right now with MAC is add themselves to MSC and assign a card then go and sign up for MAC and pretend they are a participant and sign up for the fake event you create in training. This is the best way to get them started. That way they will be able to help their participants. Also please explain the centers that have the best success are centers that actually have a class showing the participants how it all works. Weather in person or over zoom.
