Did a HDM training today. Great discussion and questions. They want to use it but deliver to over 100 people. They will be reaching out to see how maybe one our data guys can help schedule everyone intially. Training went a little over 1hr. Jerica was not able to make it today but Jack and Christy did.

A bit distgracted at times, but overall think it's pretty easy from what we talked about. They did not have their kiosk set up before training. It got deleivered the day of so we trained on tutorial site's kiosk (mine) and they seemed to have a good grip on it. Didn't talk about the "Meals" button on the kiosk so maybe next MOW/RIDES training with Bill, he could go over that if they're itnerested still. Last training is scheduled with Bill next Tuesday. I am sending Jerica, their Director, Bill's Zoom site link now.

Went well. Quite bunch. Seemed a bit overwhlemed and/or tired. Discovered a 500 error when trying to pull their master person list in people menu. Seemed eager enough to begin using.
