RIDES. Did the training but their two drivers seemed overwhelemed. Right now they write everything down for rides. Kourtney and I talked about using the mobile scanner to capture rides which I think they are going to try first. I said yes but that they or she would need to go back in and edit/add more details to the scanned in ride. Kourtney is also caught up with SAMS stuff that I don't know, but I told her if things were in MSC correctly, they can be exported to SAMS.

Had a great second training. Went over all Events, Kiosks, trips, payments, and even a little MAC. Forgot to cover HHS, so will do that at our third RIDES training. Speaking of, they will need a third and final 1hr rides training setup (preferably with me). They also mentioned they sent in room lists and their logo (for kiosk background AND for invoice/calendar/MSC stuff). Not sure how to do this but will check in with Bill.

Great questions! Only Kourtney was there (Director). I noticed her people were not yet imported so I will follow up with Bill on that. May not have their touchscreen station setup by next training but will train on mine regardless! They will need to be scheduled if not already for a thrid Rides training for an hour.
