Did about a 1.5hr review training with Elaine. Here are the notes. Also shared notes with screenshots to dev team for fixing.

Templeton, MA Rides Zoom Meeting 3.4.2024
Summary:
Worked with Elaine today and together we scheduled rides for tomorrow from scratch. She is doing a great job in general. But we hit a few snags. I showed Elaine a few tips like looking at her schedule as she books people to see where there are time "hot spots" so she'll know when to click on the timeline for future riders> Also showed her how to go back to timeline, and change the request IF the routing options were limited to the booking process.

Overall, she was very pleased with the review session and is going to do her best moving forward with scheduling rides.|

DEV STUFF:

1. Fixed up some of her shared locations and re-entered them correctly
2. Billy working on a task to map senior IDs to some edited locations I worked on with Elaine this morning. He's also removing Pineview and Phoenix Court's generic location as well. He'll make sure people with the respective addresses get mapped and titled correctly to seniors themselves.
3. Found some other BUGS:
a. LOCK TIME was not locking it and when adding more rides, would shift those locked timed stops.
b. Extra booking option bug when only one timeline ride requested (screenshots)
c. Removing a ride from schedule for someone with a shared location -> shows another person's name in confirmation window. (screenshots)
4. Will Call needs removing edit function please that Patrick added to original design

Did a 1.5hr NEW RIDES training with MART's new addition: Templeton, MA. Elaine and team were great! Very easy to train. We walked the "New Rides" area and discussed how everything works. I also let her know about beta testing and what to expect with new timeline layout coming soon and bugs. I helped put in their vehicles, drivers, and categories already. They just need to put in more locations. I also emailed Elaine the rides app setup instructions for their MART vehicle and offered to help by phone or in person.
