New Rides Q/A:
Bill did their onboarding already, but I got together with them over zoom today to hash out some questions. A lot of the time they were referring to the RFP. I told them I'd put them in touch with Chris about those questions. But overall, I think I got them feeling a lot more comfortable with scheduling in general and what works, is coming, and doesn't. I think that was the main thing.

Did not record the session today. Going out Monday to setup their Driver Apps and iPads.
