This was a great training. They are such great staff over at that center. We went through it all. Morning I covered People stuff, afternoon was Events and then did some one-on-one with Cookie, Laura , and Gerry.

Overall, they really want to use MSC for mailing labels if we can get some data things done for them below. They are also very pleased to have learned so many tricks and tips at the training. We had some good laughs. Really nice session.

Follow Up tasks and email:
Bryan (put in task for all of these today)
1. Archive and hide all current groups. They weren't using that area before and want it cleaned up
2. Add "413" to everyone's home/cell field that's only got 7 digits in it.
3. Email Tina/Gerry about Broadcast Premium

Gerry:
1. Sending us a few excel spreadsheets:
a. 3 villages nearby > we create group for her of those people (they don't do stamps for them)
b. mailing list (newsletter) > we active everyone's mailing icon AND marry icon according to households

2. Emailing about us merging a few more dup events. (Bryan put in task today)

The onsite training went well. Amanda, the assisstant was a little bit challenging but I think I won her over. Geri loves the system and was looking forward to getting started Monday morning. They like the rides section for its reporting but would rather use HH scanners to track the rides. If/When they purchase them we'll need to do a short training on those. We did talk it over but I think they will need a refresher. June 1st they are allowed to have people in the building again.

Hi again Gerry,

Also wanted to copy Tina and Michael here because I know you were very interested in purchasing the Broadcast Premium feature from us, which allows you to choose your outgoing phone number that appears when doing those calls.

Michael or Tina can get you a quote for that to sign off and then I can update that phone number. No pressure either way. Just didn’t want to forget to connect you with them!

Thanks,
Bryan Perkins

Subject: MSC Training Follow Up

Good Morning Team Hatfield!

I just wanted to thank you all again so much for such a hospitable day together last Friday. I really enjoy putting names to faces and glad I finally had the chance to do so with you all! I hope you all learned a lot too.

I wanted to highlight a summary and some follow tasks below just to let you all know what’s going on:

I have already put in data requests for:
• Getting the “413” into people’s phone numbers
• Deleting (hiding) all your former groups that you weren’t using
• Merging those remaining duplicate event templates we missed first time around

I know you all will be:
• Working on those excel spreadsheets and getting me:
o The list of people that live in the 3 villages (with the village names) so we can create groups for you in MSC
o Newsletter mailing lists (one of single folks and 1 of married/household folks) so we can active mailing button and marry/link those folks in MSC for one label.

I really hope our data team can do some big importing to get you all using the mailing labels and saving you that extra work!

Looking forward to hearing from you later in the week or whenever anyone has questions.
Have a great and sunny week ahead 🌞

Thanks,
Bryan Perkins
