Did a Public Webinar 2hr overview training with just Brenda and Jeanne (new) at Dennis MA. Others did not show up. I did still train on my fake site to show examples of things. They are very interested in using our Payments system to keep track of things and even might get a Credit Card account set up with us. They want to set up a mini payments training soon to follow up.

Had my first training ever with anyone. Dennis, MA was good to me, they also seemed to have a great understanding of RIDES/STATS when we finished. They did however want to schedule another training to focus on meals and payments. Very nice group to work with. About 5 people.

This first training went great. I am treating them like a brand new center while also discussing how we can clean up their data as things have gotten away from them. In this session we covered everything in the people tab and the personnel tab. We will be starting with outreach as far as the cleanup process is concerned. In the next session we will cover everything in the events tab and discuss cleaning up event categories.

Hello Bill! OMG! I cannot believe it has been a year since our last email. And then, COVID hit! I hope this email finds you and your family well! We had quite a bit transpire with MSC in our office over the last year. It has been a learning experience for all of us especially when it was time to print the reports a couple months ago for Elder Affairs. When our staff received our initial training, we each were only taking classes that were for our department. Brenda would like to have all of our staff (there are only five of us in the office right now) trained in every aspect of what MSC offers for all departments. She would like to basically �start over� from scratch as we found a lot of mistakes in how information was being posted into different categories. There were a lot of duplicates/triplicates in the postings as well. Brenda would like to revisit and reset all of the categories for reports. This of course is going to take a lot of time and a lot of general training for a few of our staff. Would this be a possibility in the near future? We are under construction with a new addition being built and are currently closed due to COVID. She is hoping we may be able to fit the training in before the end of March. Would we do a general session virtually? Or, would it be possible to have the training in person in our very large hall where five staff members and an instructor could space out to COVID requirements?
