Did a private training with two new nutrition staff. Went over congregate meals, some People section stuff (cuz they never even logged in to MSC before), and talked about their HHS. We decided they wouldn't be using the HHS scanner hen delivering meals because they like to know and sign people up in advanced. So, I showed them how to Add Range for MOW for folks and they are going to take the time to do this for all 367 MOW clients as well as meal notes and routes. Went over printouts and route organizing too. They are looking to get rid of their excel spreadsheet tracking system they use now. In general, this center hasn't used MSC in a while. They are also turning on their kiosk for the first time in a while so volunteers and seniors can track their attendance/hours too.
