These guys just paid for our unlimited Zoom feature (Burstable Zoom). And wanted to just go over the best practices and how to set up their virtual event templates correctly. I also changed their email address for when reminders go out to something nicer than noreply544...

Also updated their reminders for 30mins out. They seem comfortable and ready to start using next week. They just have to finish updating some virtual event templates. I went over how to add one or more virtual instructors too AND stressed the importance of Updating->Update All->Update again when changing these templates so ALL scheduled events get the zoom feature. They know how to access the link in the sidebar as well.
