This was a quick kiosk training and a few questions about membership groups. They are really excited about MSC. I can hear the excitement in their voices when we talk. They ask good questions and seem to understand the system pretty well for newbies.

Add a (view only) style permission so there could be receptionists whose only task is to look things up, but can’t edit/delete/ or otherwise mess up anything. Might also be good for initial training.
