In this session we discussed the steps needed to clean up their data. I have a list of tasks to complete before the next session.? Create The initial zip codes groups and people - Done? Create the custom price variable fields. - Done? Create the call Group. Anyone that has a number in notes but no number in the phone field does not go into the group and active since 2018 goes into the group. - Done? Copy expirations dates if two dates pick later date. - Done? Pre-Fix all Current groups with xxx - Done? Guests group - add some standard time frames - Done? Create Mail Catalog group - 10.00 - they will send list - Done? Add new events categories, they will send list with descriptions - Done? archive all current events - Done? Import new people and create custom fields in sheet - Done? Create email opt-in group. Add all with email to the group that has custom field "optin" at yes.. - Done
