This was a general Q & A to cover the filters in stats and the questions below.Re the Filters (Meals):Please review how to use the Meal Filter. Note: we are looking for the filter to provide information for the attached report Areas #1 and #3Q-Why are we not seeing results for all of our service, Example the month of November we should see Route 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, O, F-F, F-Th.Other Issues if time allows.Q ? Is there a way to remove someone with one click, from a MOW Route and future MOW service. Time to Send Graduation Email
In this session we did a bit of a Q & A on earlier sessions then we went onto MOW. They do seem to get it and seem pretty happy. They mentioned that they had purchased the MOW Route Directions module so I had Casey turn that on for them. We also went into stats so they may or may not need a future stats training. Probably not. They're pretty savvy. These people have been great. I've had some personal issues come up in their first 2 sessions and had to end them early and they have been so understanding. They are super nice people. I'll help them with anything I can. Anytime.

This training ended early because I had to go get Jess at the hospital. I did show them where they could access the training videos for MOW and Rides. They said they would watch them. We should probably check in and see if they want to re-schedule or if the videos were enough. They were very understanding and said family comes first. Very nice people.

Things went well even though is was only an hour. The short session was do to a planned power outage in my neighborhood. I did cover everything they needed to know to get started with events. There are a few details left that I will add onto the next session. There will be plenty of time. They did ask a few questions and here and there and they seem to get it. Very nice people.
