This was a general staff refresher as well as answering the questions below. Everything went great.?I would like a general overview and then I have a few questions: -If we give staff access to add people and then they leave, will that affect anything.? -How do we get notified when someone's year membership is ending? -Can there be members in the system who are not active (currently paid). -- can we send messages specifically to those people? -Internet back up plans? -Merging duplicates -Can rooms be private for staff only (not public facing, for example our Veteran's Hall doesn't need to be public)

Events training went great. I covered MAC as well. North center does have it's kiosk set up but it was turned off and nobody was near it so I just talked about the kiosk. I don't think any of the centers need MOW or RIDES. I did tell them all if any center does to just let us know. Not sure if you plan to graduate them one by one or wait till they all launch but I belive North center is all trained.

The first training went well. All 4 directors were there plus a bunch of other people. It was a large group. Not a lot of questions but they were all pretty enthused by the end of the training.

Centers need a way for seniors to remotely enter hours. Doing so on MyActiveCenter makes sense. I'm adding Essex as the first center, but I've heard it from others.
