Called Lynda to show her how to print receipts/invoices by date range. We also discussed the best practice about doing refunds to wallet. She said sometimes her and other staff do the refunds to "cash" instead of wallet because they forget to change the Refund To type to wallet in the process. Then Lynda goes and does her own wallet deposit to make up for it. I told her that isn't an ideal workaround but if she does do that to keep GOOD WALLET DEPOSIT NOTES when adding her own in. That way to avoid confusion down the road when printing reports. Ata first glance, Billy and I thought she added duplicated wallet deposits. Made more sense when we spoke about it on the phone however. Lynda also provide some small feedback items that I put on the devs list. And she is excited to know MAC wallet balances are coming to the new MAC in the future. They rely and use the wallet often so having their members know and contribute their wallet balance towards classes on MAC (or kiosk) will really help them. I followed up with Lynda by email as well.
