Sharon (one of their members) called and explained that an event was stuck in her cart in MAC. Come to find out I called Sheila at Flint River and she schedule TWO days (July 13 and Sept. 9) for the Savanna Riverboat Cruise when it's really only happening Sept. 9. She did it this way to sell tickets early and then posted it again Sept. 9.

I explained that confuses things on MAC for folks and could cause double charging and date mix ups. She completely understood and was very good at keep receipts and not over charging. Some folks bought multiple tickets so she charged a MISC charge in addition to a single ticket price. She has her payments down just fine. I fixed Sharon's MAC cart by simply unregistering and left her a vm saying she's all set.

Sheila and I agreed to get these two dates merged into one with payments following people during the merge so it's all just scheduled for one date: Sept. 9. I put in a task request for Bill/Casey.
