Within file info there are 3 fields for an individual's primary contact; Name, relation, and phone. You can use the contacts to the right under the Notes icon to track any additional contacts. This could be more emergency contacts or a number of other types of contacts. Click Add Contacts which will open a pop-up window. Choose the type of contact and fill in as much information as you want. You do not have to complete every field. As long as you fill in at least one field you can add the contact. Click Add to save the new contact. Click the white X to remove a contact. You can add as many contacts as you want. The link below has a video showing the process.
