Is there a quick fix, either on your end or mine, to globally change all the patrons records to have their name is regular case instead of all caps? We are going to suggest to staff when adding new patrons to add them as Mary Smith and not MARY SMITH going forward. Also, the same if their addresses are entered in all caps?
