They would like a report which contains all of their Instructors and lists the classes they've instructed. They're thinking something like Instructor | Class name (and start/end time) | Begin date | End date | Days of the week Or perhaps a layout which is better than that but that's the gist of what they want. "I do need a report that has the following columns : 1. Old Instructor field data 2. Event Name 3. Begin Date 4. End Date 5. Indicate Day(s) of the Week (Mon- Sat) If possible we would also like the following information added, but if you can?t that?s ok: 6. Time Begin 7. Time End"
