So to be clear, there are two issues I wanted cleaned up. 1. To have ALL the outstanding $12.50 membership amounts marked as paid 2. Any existing balance owing on accounts from 2018 and older to be deleted (as 99% of these are clerical from programming and not actual moneys still owing). Does that make sense? We can mark payments as paid so it is not removing the payment at all. Just let us know the dates, and which payments we should mark as paid. We?ve noticed that there are a lot of lingering, past due amounts showing and one of my coworkers mentioned there was a way of clearing out old accounts in bulk as opposed to one at a time. Is this something done on your end or something that you can walk me through? I would like to clear anything 2018 or older. Second, this one might be difficult to explain in an email but I?m going to try. We have some members who pay annually, and others whose dues come out automatically every month in the amount of $12.50. I set this group up as Membership ? PAD Individual and Membership ? PAD Couple (we have a few who have a couples rate from before 2017). How I have this group set up is when someone new joins, I select PAD and then it defaults to $12.50. However, when asked if they paid I always selected NO. So now I have over 500 member records who show in the payment section as owing $12.50. I don?t want to delete the $12.50, but I would like it to clear so that they don?t owe that money. Is there a way to do this?
