Hi Bryan, Further to my email about the duplicate payments in MySeniors. As I am checking the daily transactions in MySeniors on August 16 I have found duplicate payments. I tried to delete the duplicate payments from my end but I have no ability to do so as the system is not letting me - I assume this because this transaction is through MyActiveCenter. The "fix" was always just to delete the duplicates in MSC. However, now it seems we can't due to them being credit cards or something. Did anything change? How do we delete the dupes? CASEY: No, you always weren't able to deleted paid payments that used a credit card processor because typically those are legit. There wasn't some support-only tool that let you do that or anything either. So at the moment it's a DB-only thing for those MAC dups.
