Similar to number 2 in this - https://myseniorcenter.slack.com/archives/G7DLNM17B/p1609276177024100 For December of 2020 and January and February of 2021, we need to delete any unpaid Meal Payments, and then regenerate them if the person hasn't paid. Goal is to get rid of their excess payments where weren't removed when they deleted the day of the meal (payments get left behind). Also to make sure people only have one meal payment if they only have one meal.
