Notes are meant to be general notes about the individual. Not to be confused with Outreach Notes. These not are not for that as these notes are accessible by any staff that can log into MySeniorCenter. These notes are intended for staff to use when they need to enter in a note about someone that they need all staff to know should they find themselves interacting with this person. If one of you enters a note, the others will be able to see that note as well. The individual will not see the note anywhere. Click Add Note. In the pop-up window, click a category then type out your note. If needed you can change the date. Click Submit to save the note. You will then see a history of notes. If you click on a note you can see more details like who entered the note.
