In MySeniorCenter we refer to everything as an event. You may call it and Event or Activity or Program, etc., but we refer to everything as an event. Congregate meals should also be created as an event so participants can sign in at the kiosk checkin station. The meals tab can be used for congregate meals but keep in mind, meals created under the meals tab will not display on the touch screen checkin station. The meal tab is better suited for Meals on Wheels or Home Delivered Meals programs.The video below will cover creating an event and scheduling the event.
